Our recruitment process aims to identify and select high performing individuals, who will actively contribute to building our company, whilst upholding the highest standards of integrity. At the same time, it is meant for introducing the individual to the culture and working environment of the company.
Resume submission and screening:
Applications are invited for various job openings through internal job postings, postings on job boards and the "Careers" section on our website. You need to send in your CV through any of the above mentioned methods and you will get an acknowledgement mail on receipt of your application.
In case your profile is found suitable for the current requirements, an e-mail would be sent to you informing the same.
Telephonic Interview:
Your first interaction with Module One would be over the phone wherein the recruiter would understand your profile and your current and future career aspirations. At the same time, through this interaction you can get an insight into the company’s profile and the opportunity available for you. If there is a match between your aspirations and the company’s expectations, you are invited to the office to meet the HR.
First level preliminary interview:
The interview process starts with a detailed one to one interaction with the HR representative of Module One to understand what skills and talent you can bring to the table and how you and the company can help each other grow. It helps us to know more about you as a person and as a professional. The interview will focus primarily on your past experiences and accomplishments as well as your general suitability for and interest in Module One. The interview process is followed by test/(s) for domain knowledge.
Second level in-depth interview:
All candidates short listed after the first preliminary interviews are invited for a second level in depth interview to our office. This helps us to assess your overall suitability as a prospective Module One team member.
Reference checks and meet the team:
The personal interviews are followed by reference checks to validate your candidature, following which you get to meet the Module One team members, after which the final hiring decision would be communicated to you.
The entire process from the time you have a telephonic interview till the final hiring decision takes approximately 2 weeks.

- Creative
- Design : BFA, MFA
- Content : Looking for graduates with backgrounds in Mass Communication and honours students in Humanities (English, Philosophy, History, Economics, Sociology, Political Science, Psychology, Geography)
- Technical
- Entry Level : BCA, BIS, BIT, BSc. (Computer Science)
- Senior Level (Experienced) : B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science), MCA, preferably Microsoft Certified
- Sales & Marketing
- Technical / engineering degree is preferred
– BBA/MBA preferred but not essential
