We believe that continuous enhancement of skillset is the key to success for any employee and in turn for the growth of our organization. We do whatever it takes to assist our people in their learning efforts. A formal training assessment is made at the time of performance reviews. Based on these, training goals are set for individuals. Training is provided both in-house and by external trainers both in technical and non-technical fields.

- Kickstart Internship Program
KickStart provides a platform for students who are fresh out of college and have excellent academic backgrounds to explore and enhance their technical skills by giving them an opportunity to work on live customer-facing projects.
Our internship program features hands-on tasks and real-world scenarios, allowing you to roll up your sleeves and get right to work. In just a matter of weeks, you'll be building great websites, developing dynamic applications, and embracing new technology standards. This is a chance to hone your technical skills and discover your untapped potential.
Learning and Development
Module One’s role is to create a learning environment that is conducive to overall growth of its employees. You need to be proactive in identifying and utilizing learning opportunities. It is your personal responsibility to prevent obsolescence of your skill set.

We have a host of books and study material available for employees. You need to take the initiative to use these resources to the fullest for continuous learning.
- Mentoring and Feedback
We are proud of the team – spirit and the congenial environment in our organization that provides for a learning atmosphere in itself. The senior and more experienced team members guide and mentor the fresh blood to assist them in enhancing their skills and moving up the ladder.
- Learning Saturdays
Self-learning and knowledge dissemination are the best ways of learning. We have 1st and 3rd Saturdays designated as the learning Saturdays. Employees have intra group or inter–group presentations and sessions on these days to gain and learn from each others’ knowledge and experience.
